We process the data of persons of legal age (over 18 years) who voluntarily and expressly give their written consent to us, ShiwaForce.com Zrt, as Data Controller, sending them direct marketing materials in accordance with this notice.
With your specific consent, direct marketing material (hereinafter “personalised marketing material”) will be sent to you. The contents of the materials takes into consideration your interests, your position and the particular industry in which you operate.
Please note that the direct marketing materials specified in this notice will only be sent or displayed with your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent free of charge at any time. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” icon at the bottom of the email message containing direct marketing materials or by using one of the contact details below.
We can send personalised marketing material only with your explicit consent. You are entitled to withdraw such consent at any time and free of charge. If you expressly opt out of receiving personalised marketing material only, we will send you individual marketing content without personalisation.

Please note that direct marketing messages will only be sent with your express written consent.
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent in compliance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info tv.) and the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (GDPR), Article 6 (1) (a).
The sending of personalised marketing material is also based on your explicit written consent, which is also based on the Info Act and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
4. Purpose of processing:
The purpose of sending messages with direct marketing content:
- invite you by email to events we organise that are relevant to you,
- recommend content relevant to you in an email message,
- newsletters sent by email regarding technology, agility, trainings, webinars, presentations at conferences, events and more,
- contact you directly by e-mail to give an offer,
- display targeted advertising to you in email message.
If you do not give your consent to receive personalised marketing messages, then:
- you will receive an email invitation to all events we organise,
- you will be notified by email of any content we consider relevant,
- all newsletters will be sent to you by email,
- we will send you offers through e-mail,
- we send ads in email messages.
The general purpose of personalised marketing messages is to promote our products and services to those who are interested in them. We aim to achieve this by only sending you information relevant to you if you have given your prior consent.
5. Scope of personal data:
To send us direct marketing material, we ask you to provide the following information:
- name;
- email address;
- company name (where you work);
- position;
- fields of interests;
- phone number;
- the headcount of your company (where you work).
Your name and email address are necessary to send direct marketing messages. If you do not provide us with any of this information, we will not be able to send you marketing content.
Company name, position and fields of interest are necessary to send personalised marketing material. If you do not wish to receive personalised marketing material, please do not provide your name, position and interests.
If you provide the name of the company where you work but not your job title and fields of interests, we will send you all marketing content (events, newsletters, offers, advertisements) relevant to your industry, but which may not be relevant to your interests or job title.
If you provide only your job title but not your company name and fields of interests, we will send you all marketing content (events, newsletters, offers, advertisements) relevant to your job, which may include content that may not be relevant to your interests or the industry in which you work.
If you only give your fields of interests but not your company name and position, we will send you all marketing content (events, newsletters, offers, advertisements) relevant to your interests, but may include content that is not or not necessarily relevant to your position or the industry in which you work.
If you would like to receive personalized marketing materials, please click on the “I expressly consent to receive personalized marketing materials from ShiwaForce.com Zrt. based on my company name, position and/or fields of interests in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Policy.” tick the box next to the text.
You will not be at any disadvantage if you do not provide your company name, position or fields of interests. In this case we will send you marketing material as described in Section 4.
If you do not agree with the subject matter of the marketing material you have received and wish to communicate your comments to us, or for any other reason wish to contact us, please send an e-mail to hello@shiwaforce.com or a mail to ShiwaForce.com Zrt., 1123 Budapest, Alkotás út 17-19.
Please provide real data in all cases.
However, in any other case, we do not request for or accept any other data, so please do not send, provide or share any other personal or special data (such as data relating to your health, political or religious affiliation).
Personal data is collected and processed only with your explicit consent and agreement, by means of voluntary data provision.
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to send you direct marketing material and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
6. Data processing, data transfer
Please note that we will not pass on the information you provide to any other person or organisation. No third party or organisation will be involved in sending marketing material. We, ShiwaForce.com Zrt, as the Data Controller, will only disclose the data provided by you to persons who need to know such data as part of their employment duties or whose knowledge of such data is necessary for the performance of their work.
In processing the data, we ensure the security of the data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, damage, disclosure and unauthorised access.
7. Duration of processing:
We will process the data for as long as the purpose of the processing continues, unless you have previously requested the deletion of your data or withdrawn your consent to the processing (unsubscribed from marketing material).
8. Data storage
The information you provide will be stored electronically at our data centre located at 18-22 Victor Hugo utca, 1132 Budapest, Hungary.
The data management complies with the data security requirements, it was designed and implemented by the Data Controller with the protection of the data subject’s privacy in mind, in accordance with the technical and organizational measures defined in its internal data protection policies.
The Data Controller uses the appropriate IT, technical and personnel measures to protect the personal data it manages, among other things, against unauthorized access or unauthorized changes.
9. Your right and remedies
In addition to the withdrawal of consent already mentioned, you have certain rights in relation to the processing of your personal data, which you can exercise by sending a request to one of the contact details specified in Section 2.
Right of access and rectification of personal data
You have the right to access, copy, correct or update your personal data at any time.
Under the right of access, you are entitled to receive information about:
- the purposes of the processing;
- the categories of personal data concerned;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom or with whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
- where applicable, the intended duration of the storage of personal data;

Right to withdraw

Your personal data is portable, so you are entitled to receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This means that you will receive your personal data that we process in a format that is computer readable and that you can electronically transfer to another person.

Right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to request the erasure of your data if.
- your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was collected; or

- the processing of personal data is not lawful; or
- the deletion of your personal data is justified on grounds of compliance with the law.

Profiling and automated decision-making
The Data Controller performs profiling. This means that we will send you messages with personalised marketing content with your consent. In order to target you with direct marketing material, subscribers are classified and then evaluated according to their position in the company, industry (where their employer operates) and fields of interests. The personal data you provide will be used and evaluated to create a profile of you to help target you with direct marketing materials.
Classification and evaluation method: job title, company, company size and the fields of interests related to the subscription.
You have the right to tell us if you disagree with the subject matter of the marketing material you have received, to express your views, and to contact us to have a member of our staff check that the marketing material is or has been sent to you with the appropriate content and subject matter.
